- Payment Form

This is the Accounts Receivable / Payments form. Here is where you would post a payment to any open invoice, or see the members entire accounting history.

You can select a different member right from here without going back and forth to the members form. Or open and go to the members form from here if you like. If you want to see the details of any particular invoice, simply select that option from the right-click (context) menu and open the invoice form with that invoice displayed.

Like invoices, you have the option to setup your system to allow editing of saved transactions. Thus if you need to change an item, with proper security settings you can do so as is necessary..
