The Events form works similar to the groups.  The process of creating an event and adding attendees is identical to that of creating a group and adding members.  One of the distinguishing differences with the events is that you can add Non-Members to the event.  This way those non-members won't be stored in your membership database, thus they will not receive newsletters and anything else you mail out to your active membership.  ChamberWare simply stores those non-members in a different table than the membership, thus keeping them separate from the membership list.
