| Fax FAQ's |
|
Here you will find answers to some of your fax questions that you may have. These are simply questions to help you accomplish what you want in Visual ChamberWare's Fax feature. |
Creating a WinFax Attachment: |
|
This requires that WinFax Pro be installed on your
computer that you wish to fax from. Start with the particular file that you wish to create as a WinFax attachment. For example, if it's a Word document you must open it into Word for starters. Once you have the file open, click the File pull-down menu and choose Print. Select the WinFax Printer Driver from the list of available printers. WinFax (Photo quality) is recommended for any documents that contain images or graphics. This will ensure the print quality comes out better. Once you have selected the WinFax driver, click print. This will bring up the WinFax send dialog. You do NOT need to send it from this point. Just click the File pull-down menu and choose Save as Attachment... Type in a description so that you will later be able to identify the attachment on your list in ChamberWare. Click Ok, now you are done! When you go into ChamberWare and click the WinFax button, then select attachments, you will now see this attachment is available. Simply double click on the attachment name, or use the blue arrow button to move it to the selected items. Then just click Send and it will go out to WinFax. |
